Weekend Workshops

Focused masterclasses and hands-on activities centered on a specific educational or creative theme.

Seasonal Educational Workshops

Short educational workshop series offered during selected school breaks and seasonal periods.

Personalized Enrichment Sessions

Focused practice based on the child's interests, age, current skills, and goals agreed with the family.

Fees & Scheduling

Individual enrichment sessions are $25 per instructional hour.
The schedule, activity type, and number of hours are agreed with the family before services begin.
Multi-session workshops or seasonal programs may have a separately published or agreed program fee.
Any separately charged materials will be agreed in advance and shown separately on the invoice.

Important Information

Services are scheduled part-time educational activities, not daycare, general childcare, therapy, or clinical treatment.
Participation does not satisfy compulsory school attendance or constitute enrollment in a private school.
Invoices identify the student, service period, service description, and amount charged.
Families should confirm eligibility under their specific scholarship before requesting reimbursement.

Scholarship rules vary by program and expense category. Early Birds Academy does not guarantee reimbursement or approval by a scholarship funding organization.

Independent part-time provider

Early Birds Academy is not a private school and does not issue grades, academic credits, transcripts, or diplomas. Parents remain responsible for their child's school, PEP, or home education participation and applicable attendance requirements.
